    We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery. Items must be in their original condition and are subject to our return guidelines below.

    Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. 

    Note, all final sale items are ineligible for a return of any kind (refund, exchange, store credit)

    
For international customers: we can only offer returns for a refund at this time (no exchanges). Please contact us at concierge@betterballs.world to begin an international return.


    Our return Guidelines are as follows:

    Washed and/or worn

    Deodorant marks

    Makeup or self-tanner

    Stains of any kind

    Detached tags of any kind: size or wash tags, neck tags, or hang tags

    Animal/human hair

    Lingering odor (i.e. smoke, cologne/perfume, body odor, or detergent)

    Any visible wear or damage

    If any pieces are missing (i.e. padding, tops or bottoms if a set)

    Damage from external forces

    If you feel that you are experiencing a manufacturing issue, please inform us of the issue in your return request via: concierge@betterballs.world

  • We ship all orders, excluding pre-order item(s), from our warehouse within 24-72 business hours of the order being placed (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Shipments will typically arrive within 4-5 business days, for domestic orders.

  • Yes, we offer international shipping on all of our items.

  • For sold-out items:

    Some of our most popular products have had so much demand that we now offer pre-ordering. This way we can optimize our quantities, reduce waste, and ensure that there is enough product to meet demands.

    For new items:

    We like to provide a sneak peek of what is coming & be able to ship to you as soon as possible. This also helps us to gain perspective of the demand which reduces over-production waste. This is even more important for our limited editions, this way we can ensure you receive your size.

  • Order cancellations or changes after checking out are not able to be processed due to our efforts to create a fast fulfillment process. However, we want to make sure that you receive the correct product that you want and understand that mistakes can occur. We will take adjustments on a case-by-case basis so if there is a mistake please email us at concierge@betterballs.world as quickly as possible for our evaluation if changes are possible. Note, changes cannot be made after the items have shipped.
